WeInkThat Shipping and Return Policies
Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 4-7 business days. This excludes weekends and holidays.
- During this time, your order is being prepared, packed, and readied for shipping.
- You will receive an email confirmation along with tracking details once your order is processed and ready to be shipped.
Shipping Time:
- Once processed, the shipping time is 3-5 business days within the United States.
- For international orders, including Canada, the shipping time might slightly vary but generally falls within the same range.
Total Turnaround Time:
- Combining processing and shipping times, the total turnaround time for an order is approximately 7-12 business days.
- Please note, this is an estimate and the actual time may vary based on factors like courier efficiency, destination, weather conditions, and customs clearance for international orders.
Additional Shipping Details:
- Courier Responsibility: Once shipped, the package is under the courierโs responsibility. We use DHL, FedEx, or USPS for shipping.
- Order Tracking:
- DHL shipments: Track using a 10-digit number (DHL Tracking).
- FedEx shipments: Track using a 12-digit number (FedEx Tracking).
- USPS shipments: Track using a 20-22 digit number (USPS Tracking).
- Signature Requirement: For orders containing more than 12 tops, a signature is required upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.
This breakdown provides a clear understanding of how the total turnaround time is distributed between processing and shipping phases.
2. Domestic Shipping
- Flat rate: $5.90 within the United States, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii.
3. International Shipping
- Flat rate: $19.99 to Canada.
- Additional charges (duties, taxes, VAT) may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
4. Order Status
- Contact us at hi@weinkthat.com for concerns post 3 days of shipment notification.
5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
- Orders over $150 are not eligible for shipping to P.O. Boxes. Alternative addresses will be requested.
6. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
- 30-Day Manufacturer’s Defect Warranty: For defective or incorrect items.
- No Direct Exchanges: Due to platform limitations.
- Return Policy:
- Valid for 7 days post-delivery.
- Only for defective items.
- Must include photo evidence of the defect sent to hi@weinkthat.com.
- Item inspection required before approving returns.
- Return Conditions:
- No refunds after 7 days.
- Customer covers return shipping.
- Items must be in original, saleable condition.
- Refunds in the original payment method only.
- Customized/personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- We are not responsible for lost/stolen returns in transit.
7. Strict Conditions for Returns
- No late refunds beyond 7 days.
- Return shipping at customerโs expense.
- Products must be undamaged, unaltered, and unworn.
- Original packaging required.
- Customized/personalized items are final sale.
- WeInkThat is not liable for return fees or lost/stolen returns.

Attempts to circumvent these policies, such as returning worn or altered items, providing misleading information, or making unjustified claims, may lead to refusal of the return/refund and potential exclusion from future purchases.
