We pride ourselves on delivering our products quickly. Most orders will be processed, shipped and delivered between 7-9 business days with some exceptions. While most non-guaranteed shipments arrive within the estimated delivery windows provided, any delivery delays are not covered by our shipping guarantee.

Once your photo has been cropped and resized, a digital proof will be emailed for review and approval. One revision is included with your proof, if necessary. Please note: delays in approving proofs may result in delivery delays. If we don’t hear from you after 48 hours, we’ll go ahead and process your order.

Because our products are made to order and customized for each customer, once placed, orders are considered final. Generally, refunds or returns are not available.

Customers who order a Digital Proof or Touch Up will have the opportunity to approve their orders before final production. If unsatisfied, those orders may be cancelled for a refund on the product and shipping. Refunds are not available for proofs or touch up services.
